Shipping Information


We currently offer international shipping to all countries via Standard Post.

The majority of our items are custom made and curated from various vendors, so we appreciate your patience with shipping times in advance.

This is what our current dispatch process involves:

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your items have been dispatched.
  • Transit times WORLDWIDE are typically 2-4 weeks from the date your order is shipped.


Express Shipping

We do not currently offer Express Shipping options at checkout. If you would like to enquire about the costs associated with express shipping for your item(s) please contact us via our 'Contact' page or email us at



We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us once you place an order, however we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery dates, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, liability, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from late delivery of your order.

Please be aware that it may not be possible to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

All risk in the product will pass to you upon delivery of the order. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

You must take care when opening the order so as not to damage the product, particularly when using any sharp instruments. We will not take responsibility for any damage to the product made by you.



Standard Shipping parcels are able to be tracked via our 'Tracking' page on our website. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email including tracking number and instruction once your parcel leaves our warehouse. If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please also check with your local post office as it may be waiting for collection. Parcels are taken to the nearest post office if a signature cannot be obtained on delivery.



You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Higher Trend Boutique is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Higher Trend Boutique to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Higher Trend Boutique is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

If it is a custom piece and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange reshipping as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should Higher Trend Boutique mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Higher Trend Boutique is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
