Returning an Item

Items can be returned to us for store credit. Our returns policy is only valid for up to 30 days after receiving your item(s). The items will need to be in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unstained and in their original packaging. Unless faulty, we do not accept items that are worn, washed, altered, have tags removed or sale items. If you have received a faulty item, we will offer you a refund or store credit. We will not pay the cost of return postage. Please send returns with a trackable service.

In addition to your rights in relation to faulty items above, full price items can be returned to us for store credit or exchange:

a) within 30 days of receipt;

b) unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and

c) in the original packaging.

To ensure the returns are assessed and processed swiftly, please contact us first so we may assist you (see the ‘Contact Us’ section above for our contact information). We ask that you complete the returns card included in your order. Please include a completed returns card with the product.

When returning items, you are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods to us, however we will ship any exchanged items back out to you for no charge. We recommend that you use registered post as we will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them to us via non-registered mail.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
We are unable to offer refunds on items, including ‘sale’ items, unless faulty or wrongly described.

Once your item(s) are received, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and issue you a refund (if applicable) to your original payment method, a store credit to your account or exchange the product for you, whichever you have chosen. We will then send you a confirmation email when we have applied the refund, store credit or exchange.

*NOTE: we will not be able to refund you for any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you.

If in our reasonable opinion the returned product does not comply with this clause, we will ship the product back to you, at your expense, and not issue a store credit or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to acquire our returns details.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping
To return your product, contact us for the return shipping adress by email using the 'Contact Us' form in the main menu. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
